Her sessions aim to release accumulated emotions and traumas that manifest as tension and stiffness, restoring spontaneity and inner peace. Justyna’s work includes specialized deep tissue massages focused on releasing stress-related pain (Classic), deepening breath and emotional expression (Spiritius), grounding and contact with Mother Earth (Gaia), and healing the center of vital energy and relationships (Hara and Womb Healing). Justyna supports the integration process after the ceremony, offering, among other things, teaching face and jaw self-massage, which helps with deep letting go and authentic expression.
