Monika

Monika is a yoga and meditation teacher, and a lifelong student of contemplative and spiritual traditions. With over 15 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience, she offers classes that blend stillness with mindful movement, inviting the awareness of breath and energy flow.

She’s passionate about the healing power of somatic movement practices, dance, embodiment and aquatic bodywork, and the ways they support emotional release, nervous system regulation, authentic expression, and deepen the mind-body connection.

Born in Poland, she studied and worked abroad, eventually building a corporate career in London – until she felt a calling to embark on a journey of self-discovery that led her across Nepal, India, Southeast Asia, and throughout Central and South America. Along the way, she immersed herself in diverse spiritual and philosophical lineages. Apart from yoga, her path has been deeply influenced by Tibetan Buddhism, Sufism, and non-duality.
The most recent chapter of Monika’s journey has led her to the Peruvian Amazon. Guided by deep appreciation for indigenous wisdom and the transformative potential of plant medicine, she continues to nurture the connection with medicinal plants.

At the heart of Monika’s journey lies a deep curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. Recently, she has been exploring the principles of Karma Yoga. Through selfless service, compassionate presence, and the sharing of practices that have supported her own transformation, she hopes to accompany others on their healing journeys and offer meaningful support along the way.
